Loki's Bride

Digital painting of Sigyn, Norse goddess of constancy and wife of Loki, god of Mischief. I painted her in her wedding gown, which traditionally should be red (as Viking brides wore), but it seemed so harsh on a gentle deity like Sigyn. Instead, I chose to use the gentle colors of a sunset as my inspiration for the color scheme of her wedding gown.
